2. Information processed when you visit the website

When you access the website, our hosting and security providers may automatically process technical information necessary to deliver and protect the website.

This may include:

• date and time of the request;
• requested page or file;

• operating system;
• referring website; and
• technical error and security information.

This processing is necessary to display the website, maintain its security, prevent misuse and investigate technical problems.

Your selection is stored locally in your browser under the key fiamo-store-preference. It contains only a regional code, such as cz, nl, us or eu.

The selected region:

• is created only after you make a selection;
• remains in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data;
• is not transmitted to Fiamo or the regional stores;
• is not used for analytics, advertising or profiling; and
• is used only to provide the store-routing function you requested.

You can change your selected region at any time using the region selector on the website.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

The website does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

Our hosting and security infrastructure may set the following strictly functional cookies:

These cookies are not used by Fiamo for advertising or cross-site profiling.

The website also uses local browser storage to remember your manually selected shopping region, as explained in Section 3.

5. Analytics and tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, advertising pixels, session-recording tools or behavioural profiling.

Lovable Visitor Analytics is disabled. The website does not collect visitor statistics for marketing or audience analysis.

The hosting platform may process technical errors and application events where necessary to maintain the reliability and security of the website. These technical records are not used by Fiamo for advertising or profiling.

6. Fonts and website assets

Website fonts are hosted locally and are delivered directly with the website. The website does not contact Google Fonts when loading a page.

Images and other website assets are delivered through the hosting provider’s content-delivery infrastructure. The visitor’s IP address and basic request information are necessarily processed when these files are delivered.

7. Contacting us

The website contains email and telephone links but does not contain a contact form.

Clicking an email link opens your own email application. Clicking the telephone link opens your device’s dialler. The website itself does not collect information when you click these links.

If you choose to contact us, we may process:

The website is hosted using services provided by Lovable Labs Incorporated and Cloudflare infrastructure.

These providers may process technical data on our behalf to host, deliver, protect and maintain the website. They may use subprocessors where necessary to provide their services.

Some providers or subprocessors may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used, including adequacy decisions or the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you contact us by email, your information may also be processed by our email and IT service providers for the purpose of delivering and storing the communication.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their own advertising purposes.

Fiamobags.com links to separate regional online stores:

Purchases do not take place on fiamobags.com. We do not collect order, payment or delivery information through this website.

When you follow a store link, you leave fiamobags.com. The relevant store operates under its own privacy policy and terms and conditions. No purchase information is automatically returned to the Fiamo website.

The same principle applies to any other external website that you visit through a link on our website.

10. Data retention

Technical hosting and security records are retained only for the periods necessary to deliver and protect the website, prevent misuse and investigate technical incidents. The exact periods are determined by the applicable hosting and security providers.

Your selected shopping region remains in your browser until you change it or clear your browser data.

Information sent to us by email or telephone is retained only for as long as necessary for the enquiry, subsequent business communication, applicable legal obligations or potential legal claims.
